Short list. Read it once. Breaking these is how you get muted, banned, or both. By posting on BROscience you agree to follow every rule below.
- 1. No source talk
Do not name, link, review, or ask for peptide/gear vendors, labs, or resellers. Coded language counts. Zero-tolerance ban.
- 2. Be civil
Disagreement is fine — personal attacks, slurs, doxxing, and harassment aren't. Attack the argument, not the person.
- 3. No medical advice as prescription
Share protocols, blood work and experience — never present yourself as a licensed practitioner. What works for you may kill someone else.
- 4. Cite when it matters
Claims about dosing, half-lives, or mechanisms should link a study, label, or credible source. "Trust me bro" isn't a source.
- 5. No spam, shilling, or self-promotion
No affiliate links, no crypto/discord pumps, no funnel bait. If you built something the community would genuinely benefit from, ask a mod first.
- 6. Search before posting
If your question has been asked ten times this month, expect it to be locked. Use the search bar and the sticky FAQs.
- 7. No illegal content
No CSAM, no doxxing, no threats, no facilitating anything illegal. This is instant permaban and reported.
- 8. Keep it English
Main forum is English so mods can actually read what you post. Regional threads may allow other languages if marked.
- 9. One account per person
Sockpuppets, vote manipulation, and ban evasion get every account banned and the IP blocked.
- 10. Mods have final say
If a mod removes your post or thread, DM them respectfully. Public flame wars about moderation get closed and warned.
